Regulation Plus Now on Westlaw

Westlaw has added Regulation Plus to its databases. This feature will allow users to
- quickly locate applicable CFR sections using the Regulation Plus Index
- link to prior versions of sections
- find statutory authority for a CFR section
- look at related materials
