Manual for Military Commissions Available Online

The federal government has published the Manual for Military Commissions. This manual is meant to implement the Military Commissions Act of 2006 (10 U.S.C. Sec. 948a et seq.). It governs aspects of the trial of unlawful enemy combatants who are suspected of "war crimes and certain other offenses."
